2. Services
MeowTopup provides digital gaming top-up services, including in-game currencies, gift cards, and other digital products for various games and platforms.
3. Payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before any digital product is delivered.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.
Once a purchase has been completed and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase on MeowTopup, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
All products sold on MeowTopup are digital goods (game top-ups, in-game currencies, gift cards, etc.). Due to the nature of digital products, once delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Failed Transactions
If your payment was processed but the top-up was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will investigate the issue and provide the service or an appropriate resolution.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information (game ID, server, etc.) when making a purchase. We are not responsible for top-ups sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.
7. Limitation of Liability
MeowTopup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
